Fairbank: Barbara Kastli age 74 passed away Friday, November 14 at Cedar Valley Hospice Home in Waterloo after a lengthy battle with cancer. Barbara was born April 7, 1940 in Lawler, IA the daughter of James and Coleta (Brannon) Boyle. She married James Kastli March 23, 1968 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Waterloo.
Survived by: her husband James, a daughter; Kelly and her husband William Pond of West Des Moines and a son; Sean and his wife Jennifer Kastli of West Des Moines along with two grandchildren; Addyson and Griffin Kastli.
Preceded by: her parents
Services: 10:30 am Monday, November 17 at Immaculate Conception Church, Fairbank.
Visitation: Sunday, November 17 from 4-7 pm at the funeral home and also for one hour before services Monday at the funeral home.
Rosary: Sunday at 4:30 pm
Memorials: in lieu of flowers memorials to Cedar Valley Hospice or the family.
