Condolences for Lyle B. Chase

  1. My condolences to the family. Lyle was such a nice fellow always eager to open up his home and studio for an impromptu visit. Always enjoyed wandering his acreage and barns looking for hidden treasures. He was a master of many talents including art and architecture. I had the pleasure of working with Lyle as an employee of the Hagen Gallery in Cedar Falls where his art work was offered. It was also a delight to see him display his art work at Artapalooza in Cedar Falls this past September. I feel fortunate to have known Lyle and the wonderful work he created.

  2. I was truly saddened to hear of Lyle’s passing. I know many people in Cedar Falls and Waterloo share my feelings when I say Lyle was an exceptionally unique and talented man whose contribution to the Cedar Valley will be greatly missed. And as sad as we are I’m sure the angels on the other side are rejoicing.

  3. I cannot express the deepest sympathy that I feel for you, the girls and the extended family. Lyle was such an awesome person. You are in my heart, and in my prayers.
